Best Team-Building Activities: Mild & Wild
Lansdowne’s fun team-building exercises that fuel a little friendly competition, while also firing up the friendships.
Viva La Mexico
Put your culinary and trivia acumen to the test with this multidimensional challenge. Your team is divided into groups, each given the basic guacamole ingredients. Then, to add a little spice to the mix — pardon the pun — each team is asked different trivia questions about Mexico. For every correct answer, the team is given an additional ingredient, like fruit or peppers, to jazz up their guacamole.
Charity Putt-Putt
Team bonding fun gets a philanthropic twist with our putt-putt competition. Your team is divided into groups and each group creates its own miniature golf hole with nonperishable packaged goods. Everyone then gets to play a round of mini-golf on the dried pasta and bean can–lined course. And the best part? All the food your team used to build the course is donated to charity at the culmination of the activity!
Escape Table Top
This problem solving exercise is like an escape room tailored to larger groups of participants. Separate your team into smaller groups, that will all be seated at different tables around the room. Now the real fun begins, each group is given the same series of clues to unlock a mystery box placed at the front of the room. First group to decipher the clues and bust open the prize wins!
Wine and Zen
Unwind after a long day of meetings with a vinyasa flow and pinot. Our yoga and wine class offer teams the opportunity to get outdoors, stretch out, and sip wine.
Paint and Pinot
It’s a team bonding triple threat! Sip, create, and enjoy as a team at our paint night activity. Local Loudoun County artist Jill Perla is brought on-property to show your team the basics of painting and help them create a masterpiece. While your team works, we will supply a selection of premium local vinos.
